ClearView 360 is an academic tool that helps leaders such as Deans, Department Chairs, and Administrators analyze their job effectiveness by looking at how they are doing in a broad range of areas. They are rated in these areas by their supervisors, peers, and subordinates, as well as rating themselves. Their data is then compared with others in the same position who have also taken the 360, so they can see where they fall against an "average" in their field. This product allows its users to see the areas in which they excel and the areas where they could use improvement. It also creates an environment for annonymous feedback from colleagues.
