ClearView Leadership

A 360 evaluation is a management tool that helps organizations assess the effectiveness of their employees. When taking the 360 you will rate your supervisor, your peers, and those who directly report to you through a series of specific questions in different areas. You will also have the opportunity to rate yourself. We will then process your surveys and return to you a report that tells you how you were rated on each question, and what the average score is. This report will help you identify your strengths and assess what areas you could improve in.

ClearView Leadership was started in 2008 when it came to our attention that there existed no 360 tool geared toward the academic community. Scott Hammond began developing the 360 survey, using his extensive background in Organizational Behavior as a base. The ClearView Leadership web site is developed by Michael Nielson.
